Calm and Tranquil! Group: Moderators Posts: 9,565 Member No.: 189 Joined: 23-May 03	He is still in the hospital, he might get discharged tomorrow, but we're not sure. He had to see an Eye Doctor today to make sure that the shingles hadn't gone into his eyes. He has shingles just below his left eye. They are marking him so that they know when the shingles have stopped, he looks like he has the map of the world on his stomach and back. He absolutely hates the hospital food, so DH has been going to McDonalds and getting him Happy Meals for supper, but I won't let him get pop. He's been living on cereal, jello and hard boiled eggs that I buy from the cafeteria. It's very draining being there all day, I'm not staying with him at night. It's different from when we were in Toronto, we're only 20 minutes from the hospital if he needs us. DH has been bringing the girls right after work and then we all go for dinner in the cafeteria (all except Spencer, he's not allowed to leave his room). Today he was making snowflakes out of different colours of construction paper. He's tired of being trapped in his room. Well that's all for now. Oh almost forgot the Eye Doctor told me that he will need glasses when he goes back to school. This was around the age when Emily needed glasses. --------------------
