Has anyone seen that movie??? DH and I just rented it last night and I was glued to the TV...I found it so interesting. I don't eat fast food, never really been into it, but OMG.......................it's amazing how fast your body can change from consuming McDonalds every day for thirty days. This guy had a liver as bad as an alcoholic in just a matter of weeks!! A must see if you're interested in finding out some good statistics on the fast food industry. GROSS! puke.gif

I'm definitely drinking my water today...

I haven't seen it but I've heard all the reviews and watched a special on it, he def. got really gross and unhealthy really quick. I've never been a fast food eater other than on occasion but the movie sure looks like it would turn me off forever wacko.gif

I haven't seen it, heard about it though. It's kind of a given. If you cooked your own fried food and ate it every meal for 30 days you would have the similar effect. I don't think people who eat fast food do so thinking they are being healthy. It does go to show you though how not eating well can affect your body and your health.

I've seen that movie! I thought it was really excellent. Kind of gross, but deffinitely informative. I was never a fast food eater, but every once in a while I would get my kids something to eat at Burger King.....I am going to stop that instantly! No more crappy food!
