Yeah same here and what did we do today... fast food runs not once but twice for lunch and dinner! And to top if off stuffed myself with tacos for dinner!

LOL I was scared to "jump" in...hehe Silly me anyway yeah I'm on a diet too and I was doing pretty good but I keep cheating ugh I hate starting a new diet its SO hard!! On the other hand I'm drinking MOSTLY water I have NEVER done that in my life!!!

You guys don't beat yourselves up! I've found that sometimes cheating actually owrks on your behalf by helping to get your metabolism jump started again! Plus..it gets rid of the urge for future cheating for awhile!
Just remember, just because you were bad yesterday, it doesn't mean you have to just chuck your whole diet and "start over next week" LOL (ahh I used to be famous for that) trust me, there is nothing magical about mondays and dieting...today is a new day..be good!
