We are in luck. For C's school we do not have to buy anything only pay $75 to the school so they can buy what is needed. I think next yr for K-5 it is $100/yr. And for the other grades 1-6, I am not sure about.

I have 4 kids in school this year, so I'll only post one. This one is for my 4th grade son.

4 Binders with a 2"
8 40 page excercises
4 80 page excercises
1 200 page excercise
10 tri-lock folders
10 folders with pockets
200 pages of loose-leaf paper
20 pencils
15 blue pens
5 red pens
1 pack of markers (24 pack)
1 pack or crayons or coloring leads (at least 24 pack)
2 large white erasers
4 large glue sticks
2 pairs of scissors
1 small stapler
1 french-english dictionary
1 thesaurus
1 english dictionary
2 boxes of kleenex
4 tennis balls (they cut them open and put them on the chairs)

It seems like somethings missing, but thats the whole list.

Katy's school just had a wishlist so we bought $5 worth of crayons...they were on sale for $.10 a box so they got a little more than I think they wished for smile.gif

Zach's list is this...other than the regular stuff, like school bag, lunch box, velcro running shoes, blanket...here are the supplies requested:

-a box of tissues
-some playdough (didn't matter what type...it's all divied up and all the same colors mashed together anyways)
-a container type pencil case (I painted his name on it with acrylic paint)

That's it.

I thought there was more... but I was looking at the list for the rest of the school. blush.gif The pencil case will be supplied by the school with crayons, pencils, glue, scissors etc... but once the supplies in his container run out, it's our responsibility to replace the stuff. No big deal.
