I went back to work full time on Saturday. On days that i work I cant pump for 10 hours, and by the time i can, i have a lot to pump. Will my supply decrease? I was kinda hoping it will , so the pain from engorgement isnt so bad at work.... I am still feeding her mostly breast milk, but mixing in about 6oz formula during the day while at daycare. I am down to pumping about 10 oz 3 times a day when i dont work, and 12 oz twice a day when i do.... any ideas?

your supply will decrease. 10 hours is a long time to go. I think employers have to allow you time to pump by law don't they?

I would check with your employer and see if you can pump on your breaks or something. 10 hours is a really long time to go. Your supply will adjust to your feeding schedule. I don't pump anymore. I just nurse Annika when we are together. After a couple of days I wasnt' engorged anymore. My sister is doing the same thing. Just nursing in morning before work, when she gets home and on the days she doesn't work. She has had a little bit of a problem but I think partially because of her vest.
