I got an email about these Hallmark Recordable books, but I thought it would be neat for the military that have to be away from their families, they could still "read" to their kids every night.

These are awesome! Avery is super close with Jeff's Dad and unfortunately he was diagnosed with terminal cancer last year and has outlived everyone's expectations He actually sent her the All The Ways I Love You one a few weeks ago and she LOVES it! She will listen to it multiple times a day and I really love the fact that even after he's gone she will have such a wonderful thing to remember him by. There is even a lock switch inside the battery compartment which needs to be unscrewed so I don't have to worry about his voice ever being recorded over. wub.gif

These are really good gift ideas and the good thing is that you can record over the story if you flubbed it the first time like I did!
