Ashley went to the ortho today and got the appliance put in the top of her mouth today and so I could use any good fruit smoothie recipes that you have!
Thanks! -------------------- |

She likes just about every fruit there is, she LOVES fruit.
A few of her favs are: Strawberries Mangos Blueberries Grapes tangerines Peaches Bananas She's not the fondest of Pineapple but will eat it when mixed with other fruit. She just rarely eats it by itself. -------------------- |

ok, very easy then--I don't drink dairy milk anymore so I use almond milk or coconut milk but you can make these with dairy milk, it makes them creamier...I also don't add ice, just use frozen fruit but again, that is a matter of preference.
1. strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, 1 banana, about a cup of milk of your choice 2. mango, pineapple, papaya, coconut water, coconut cream (you can get this in a can), 1 banana...this one is very tropical 3. peaches, apricots, 1 banana, milk to taste, add a little coconut cream for thickness if you like, this is like peaches and cream, totally delish 4. this one makes a slushie--frozen watermelon, frozen canteloupe, frozen honeydew, almond milk to taste...makes a delish, healthy slushie, great for summertime. I've never seen grapes or tangerines go into a smoothie but I suppose you could add tangerines to strawberries and 1 banana, plus some milk to any smoothie. You could also make a citrus colada by taking tangerines, oranges, grapefruit, and a twist of lime, added to coconut cream and some coconut milk, blended with one banana...I suppose you could throw in a few grapes to this also. -------------------- |

I've never seen a smoothie with grapes either, lol... probably because you'd have to peel the and that would be too much work, at least for me.
Thanks for all the recipes. I'll have to play around with the. I want to try the melon slushie myself, that sounds so yummy and I love melons! -------------------- |
