It was a banner night for us as Johnny slept all night w/o being held. He had to move to his own room because we figured out that he just doesn't like sleeping in confined spaces (except for his sling which he sleeps great in wink.gif) so the bassinet was basically useless.
It did feel like dh and I were in a constant loop of walking down the hall. but he was sleeping in about 2 hour stretches between the end of one feeding and the beginning of the next.
Matt did decide to replace him in our bed but i don't worry about smooshing him as much so I slept much better.

Lisa - I LOVE your new siggy!! Johnny is soooo cute! wub.gif wub.gif wub.gif I can't believe you have him in his own room already. You're so much braver than I. smile.gif

BTW: How's the jaundice? Is he finally over that hump?

It wasn't as much about being brave as it was he actually sleeps in his room and in ours would only sleep when held. It is wonderful he slept in 2, 5 hour stretches last night. I see him being a good sleeper like Matt and luckily not like Katy was.
The Jaundice...yes he is doing so much better. We did the formula one feeding bm the next for a (long) weekend and after the 4 days he was so much better (bili down from 20 to 11). he is no longer yellow orange and his eyes are turning white instead of brown

2 hours is great, and the 5 hours even better. Glad that it's working out in his own room. That'll be a big bonus for you in the end. thumb.gif
Glad that his jaundice is better also.
