I can hardly believe I am 28 weeks tomorrow.
I am going to the Dr. every week now. I got put on some new meds last week because I have started contracting. I had a cervical length done and my cervix is shortening which isn't good this early on. I am measuring large still about 2 weeks ahead. I will have a full growth scan done when I am 32 weeks and we will hopefully gain some insight from that about how big he is and all that. Tradition shows I will deliver when he hits 6lbs 13oz. Still getting the progesterone shots for 5 more weeks, they SUCK I want to stop them but it is worth it to continue. My Dr. told me that recently two patients stopped the shots two weeks prior to when they are scheduled to stop and had preemies, so that is fuel enough for me to not stop. -------------------- Jessica

Girl you are doing a good thing taking those shots I have heard horrible things about them. My husbands cousin had to take them and she was MISERABLE she stopped taking them early and had an early baby but she got lucky and had a perfectly healthy baby (and a big one too which was weird) I almost forgot to add that I adore his name!!

The shots are miserable but totally worth it. I have started reacting because I have been stuck so many times so it gets all red and swollen and itches REALLY BAD!!
Also, I love that you adore his name but we have changed it. LOL Like 6 times actually! HAHA It will be Ian Matthew I was reading in the Bible about naming your child and that their name represents your aspirations and dreams for them and what not, well Braxton doesn't mean anything ...lol so it had to go. The other names we were debating were Israel and Issac. -------------------- Jessica
