Jumping jacks, sex, ??????? I dont know. Mine came early so I had the opposite problem.

 I had one late and one early. So not sure how much help I am.I like the sex advice.  Seems to work for a lot. I was fairly patient with Kylie so didn't really try anything to get her to come out early until my doc said I needed to be induced. With Megan she came early so no need to try anything there. Lots of walking? Spicy foods?  -------------------- ~*Karen*~

My friend just had a baby on the 21st. She walked a bunch during the day and then they had sex. Literally the min he rolled away she was having full blown contractions. She went down and went to the bathroom and then they went to the hospital.

I actually did have an OB tell me that when sperm reachs the cervix it truely does start to soften it..
but if I may err on the side of caution..I have been told in further studies since my Jakob was born that each and every day left inside is so vital to a perfectly healthy baby, so if you can just hand on 10 more days, then please do. -------------------- Stacy, wife to Peter, mom to Caleb, Jakob, and Andrew

I think its rasberry tea? But it has to be the pure raspberry tea - I don't recommend castor oil I have not heard good things about that - I say walk, sex, move furniture - just keep moving - and I agree with Stacy - it happens when it happens, don't push it - I know how hard it is at this point - Olivia was 2 weeks late after having four months of semi bed rest and contractions

I think we ALL get that feeling, Shelly. Perfectly normal when you have to "bake" a baby for 10 months.  ((HUGS)) and go make your hubby help you get this baby here faster.   -------------------- ~*Karen*~

Nothing worked for us. They were still both 1-2 weeks overdue and I had to be medically induced.
 We tried sex (multiple times a day), going over speed bumps fast, spicy foods, anything you can think of. Nothing worked. Sorry. Hope you have better luck. -------------------- Jennie: mommy to two handsome little men, a crazy husband (TheOaf66), and two cats.

I knew 2 women that did the caster oil thing...they mixed it with orange juice and it worked both times....
