My small teenager is now on a diet?!
she claims all her firneds are doing it.
I see some of the girls in class doing it, but some are more extreme than others.

What can I do? The more I suggest she eat, the more she doesnt want too.
She hasnt cut food out all together, but I'm scared it might go that way.

How would any of you deal wiht this?
Have any of your teens been through something similar?

I think she may need some counseling. If she is skinny already then what is she dieting for? This could lead to anorexia or bulemia! Get her help ASAP if you are concerned! hug.gif

Oh dear ..one must never starve to be fit.If she does not want to put on weight she can have zero calory foods .It will not only help in preventing weight gain but will also keep her fit and energetic.dieting is like starving and it will have an adverse effect on your health.
