I have put on weight from 3 pregnancies and since my 3rd pregnancy 3 years ago, I have eaten junk and now i'm weak towards it. I just always seem to need it to survive. I see it, I have to have it, even though I know I shouldn't. I can't seem to change my attitude towards food, and I haven't got the motivation for exercise at home, and I can't afford a gym membership, any tips/ideas pls

Small steps I think. Cut out everything but water, no bread or refined sugars. Just make small adjustments and you will see a difference!
I love the sweets too and could NEVER cut them out so I don't, everything in moderation! -------------------- |

Its the same for me ... I have put on so much weight ... I am now taking xenical from my doctor (first month) due to added thyroid issues
