Hi Right now I am way above my ideal weight and want to go back in shape to stay healthy. I really want to exercise but the problem with me is I easily get bored and loss my determination. So I think that I should try a fun exercise so that it would be long lasting. Any suggestion please?

If you get bored easily then try to begin your exercise routine with your good friend. Presence of another person give energy to ourself.
Try to make your routine interesting, so that you do not get bored easily.
