DH is out of town on business yesterday and all of today (getting home really late tonight). This morning I was prepared for the all out rush around the house frenzy trying to get myself a shower, tend to Megan and Kylie ALL at the same time as well as getting our bums out the door to daycare and at work on time. Well Megan decided she wanted to get up at 5:15 am this morning (oh, just about an hour TOO early ). She felt like playing....isn't that nice? So I figured Kylie would be strolling in any second to do the same. She slept til 7:20! Course Megan wanted to be Miss Fussy Pants the entire time her sister was sleeping so it was no help. I had to literally wake Kylie up at 7:20 and rush her to get breakfast, get dressed, etc all before we had to leave the house at 7:45. You just can't rush a toddler, it's impossible. It takes her like an hour to eat breakfast.
Just tell me why can't they both sleep in or get up early? Why do they both have to send me in every which direction but looneyville? I'm almost there though, especially if Dh keeps going out of town on business. Edit to add that although I might sound like I'm venting...I'm actually in a good mood this morning. I often wonder that also. Everytime Isabella sleeps in Kyrsten wakes up early.
