omg no! not at all! i am assuming i missed a post somewhere
WAY TO GO Aimee! you are doing awesome! me on the other hand.. not so great i think wanting to workout for 30min was a bit too ambitious on my part. i got about 10min in to my workout (and can i say OUCH! ) and Kaleigh woke up and wouldn't let me put her down i forgot tae bo is not possible while holding baby i really only have an hour to play with in the afternoon if Kaleigh sleeps and then when dh gets home at midnight i am burnt out. i know.. excuses, excuses i have been doing situps every chance i get, taking the stairs at work and some squats but in 15min intervals wont get me far. i wish i had a sitter. this is harder than i thought. -------------------- mama to Jacob, James, Jade, Kaleigh and Riley!!

It is very hard. And, Kaleigh is still young, yet. Besides, you look great. I still understand the need and the desire to look better and workout for health reasons, though.
Tae Bo is a little rough to start out on. 15 min intervals WILL get you somewhere. Keep up the good work. Is it still really cold there? It's cold here right now. I was going to suggest a walk that way Kaleigh can go with you. At least it's something. |

I just read an article somewhere about that, they said 15-20 minute intervals twice a day is just as good as doing it all at once. HTH, you can do it! |

Absolutely! Just any little change you make in trying to get more exercise is a GOOD thing! I know what you mean, though. Unless I really exert myself I dont' feel as though I've worked out. Just as long as you can get your pulse up for 30 mins, 3 times a week you are doing good. I'm off to the gym. This will make #3 for me this week. Not counting the unstructured exercise I got. (cleaning DOES count) |
