omg no! not at all! ohmy.gif laugh.gif i am assuming i missed a post somewhere unsure.gif

WAY TO GO Aimee! thumb.gif you are doing awesome! cheerleader.gif

me on the other hand.. not so great blush.gif i think wanting to workout for 30min was a bit too ambitious on my part. i got about 10min in to my workout (and can i say OUCH! blink.gif) and Kaleigh woke up and wouldn't let me put her down wacko.gif i forgot tae bo is not possible while holding baby rolleyes.gif

i really only have an hour to play with in the afternoon if Kaleigh sleeps and then when dh gets home at midnight i am burnt out. i know.. excuses, excuses blush.gif
i have been doing situps every chance i get, taking the stairs at work and some squats but in 15min intervals wont get me far. i wish i had a sitter. this is harder than i thought.

It is very hard. And, Kaleigh is still young, yet. Besides, you look great. cool.gif I still understand the need and the desire to look better and workout for health reasons, though. wink.gif

Tae Bo is a little rough to start out on. 15 min intervals WILL get you somewhere. wink.gif Keep up the good work. biggrin.gif Is it still really cold there? It's cold here right now. I was going to suggest a walk that way Kaleigh can go with you. At least it's something. happy.gif

I just read an article somewhere about that, they said 15-20 minute intervals twice a day is just as good as doing it all at once. HTH, you can do it! thumb.gif

Absolutely! thumb.gif Just any little change you make in trying to get more exercise is a GOOD thing! I know what you mean, though. Unless I really exert myself I dont' feel as though I've worked out. Just as long as you can get your pulse up for 30 mins, 3 times a week you are doing good. wink.gif

I'm off to the gym. wavey.gif This will make #3 for me this week. Not counting the unstructured exercise I got. (cleaning DOES count) tongue.gif
