Praying For Spencer Group: Members Posts: 2,793 Member No.: 3,398 Joined: 8-March 06	Me and a friend both brought shape up complete by Jillian Michaels. I havn't had a chance to use it yet because I'm pregnant, but my friend says it's great. I brought her book for DH, and it's really good. Other than that, no idea.
