Weight Loss ticker, from 3fatchicks

Member Group: Members Posts: 61 Member No.: 3,217 Joined: 1-February 06	So I noticed someone had this on their signature, but i cant remember who it was. I think its a cute idea, but i dont know how to update the weight. Can anyone help a noob out! Thanks so much! --------------------

I believe it's the middle number that you change.
