UGH! Don't like days like today

Diamond Member Group: Moderators Posts: 16,534 Member No.: 235 Joined: 30-July 03	I went to the gym (like most days) but I was so tired when I got on the elliptical and hardly had the energy to get moving. I ended up doing 30 mins and I did some crunches before I left, but I'm just dragging today. I was a little excited when I woke up and all my water retention had disappeared from AF and I could actually see my ab muscles. I'm on my way!

Yep, DH was giving her a bath and she hurt herself and wanted mommy. I had a great 17 minuts going and had my heart rate up and was swetting but after finishing with her and getting her dressed I did get back on for about 8 more minutes but could not get back into it.
