A few months ago I injured my wrist and stupid me I didn't get it checked out and it still bothers me from time to time. Well yesterday I did my TaeBo for the first time in forever ( lets not even talk about how out of shape I am ) and last night I noticed my wrist hurting alot more than usual. I think it's because of the punching and wrist motion that I did during TaeBo. I called my dr. and made an appointment to get it checked out but what can I do for exercise in the meantime? I don't go in for 2 more weeks and I don't want to injure it more, since I've probably already messed it up beyond repair. I was going to start using my Total Gym too and that's out of the question.

Oooh ooh oohh!!! You can come use my elliptical machine!!! Lol not that you want to drive 23 miles to exercise but it's here if you want it.
Seriously though that's a big bummer. I hope you can get that thing figured out and fixed finally. -------------------- |

Hmmm, what about walking around the mall or something. Or take Sara up on her offer.
FWIW, I hurt my wrists working out but not to Tae bo. To Carmen Electra's video. -------------------- ~*Karen*~
