A few months ago I injured my wrist and stupid me I didn't get it checked out and it still bothers me from time to time. Well yesterday I did my TaeBo for the first time in forever ( lets not even talk about how out of shape I am rolleyes.gif ) and last night I noticed my wrist hurting alot more than usual. I think it's because of the punching and wrist motion that I did during TaeBo. I called my dr. and made an appointment to get it checked out but what can I do for exercise in the meantime? I don't go in for 2 more weeks and I don't want to injure it more, since I've probably already messed it up beyond repair. I was going to start using my Total Gym too and that's out of the question. help.gif
