I am really not doing well with this. Grrr....only one to blame is myself.

Today's meals:
Breakfast: bagel w/pb; coffee
Lunch: chips and dip blush.gif blush.gif blush.gif blush.gif so bad
Snack: apple
Dinner: turkey on wheat
snack: cashews

Okay, I just read all of my journal and I can do this again! It was not hard...in fact it was easier having everything planned and the same. I made a list of what I was eating before and what I can stock up on and make healthier decisions. I have done bad for a while but I want to do better.

I want to go to Sam's...probably next week after we get paid and I'll have to do big grocery shopping next week too. I can do this...I WANT to do this.

I still haven't gotten to the grocery store yet, probably will Friday. Eating this weekend was....well just call it a vacation. It was my cousin's wedding out of town and we stayed in a casino...it was fun. Today I have my last MOPS meeting and it's a brunch so I'm going to enjoy my last meeting (until September). I'll be back soon, I PROMISE!!

Yesterday afternoon snack: cashews
Dinner: crawfish casserole (NOT healthy but it was what we had)

We all did go for a walk though yesterday and I hope to go again tonight and maybe do some squats....these Thunder Thighs have got to go!

I'm having my coffee right now, not sure what breakfast will be.....grits and eggs possibly.

I only did a few while we were on the phone....I'll do more in a little bit. I didn't get to go walk today because I was waiting on a return call, a business call.

Oh man, my last post was more than 30 days ago...I had to make it sort to 60 days just to find this!

I ordered some Fat Burner from nutrition express because I think I need some help to jump start the weight loss. I also ordered B-12. I am the type of person that gains motivation from seeing the scale drop! So I need some help with that! I should have it in within the week...yeah, just in time for Aimee's visit where I'll want to eat everything fattening in the world....that should be interesting!

So I got my Fat Burner in yesterday and took 2. I could tell it gave me more energy but I wasn't jittery and I slept fine!! Tim was worried that it would keep me up....it doesn't take much to do that. It also forces me to drink more water....how else will the fat come out of my body?!

So far today I've had:
3 scrambled eggs (shared with Thomas so probably 1 1/2)
slice of wheat toast with spray butter
coffee
