I'm sooooooo excited this morning! Last night Chris commented that my stomach looked smaller.....I hadn't noticed any drastic difference really but enjoyed the compliment anyway. Well, this morning I decided to go ahead and weigh myself to see if there was a change. I'm down to 124 again!! woohoo.gif That motivates me even more to keep at it.

Thanks for asking Terri! hug.gif

I've been doing good working out and eating reasonably well. Still at 122 so I'm getting close. I felt like I would be a braggadocio if I just kept getting on and saying I'm doing good.

I'm getting to a point where I'm feeling more confident in clothes and can see muscles again in my arms. My butt and thighs are still more jiggly than I like so I'm not super comfortable in shorts yet but I know it's more of an insecurity thing than that I'm in really bad shape, ya know.

My sister and I were having a conversation the other day about this. Sometimes as a smaller person you feel guilty for being insecure. Especially because when I talk about it to my bigger friends they will make comments like "like you even need to be worrying" so as I get smaller (weight wise) I am less inclined to talk about being insecure with my body and trying to get in shape. Does that make sense?

I will try to update weekly on my progress at least. Thanks again for thinking of me!

You are very welcome. No worries here, people come in all shapes and sizes and everyone I know, big or small always have something they are not happy with when it comes to their bodies. It is always nice to read how you are doing be it good or bad because you may help lift someone else who was struggling and give them a boost. Take care and keep up the great work. cheerleader.gif
