Time to start this up again so I don't lose momentum.
Today I had or will have B: Veggie omlet, apple with PB (2pts) L: Chicken andAvacado eggroll filling on couscous with salsa/ff ranch dressing mix S: FF/SF vanilla latte, cottage cheese D: Chicken tortilla soup (no torts for me) S: protein drink after working out and some pretzels (2pts) It's strength training class tonight, so I'll earn those 4 points that I spent today! I did pretty well sticking with my menu yesterday. Instead of the protein drink, though, I had popcorn after my workout with a ton of water. I was starving!
Here is today's menu, I hope B: Oatmel with apples and cinnamon added in strawberries SF?FF vanilla latte S: frozen grapes L: Jerk shrimp on salad with balsamic vinegar and oil probably some WW crackers (points) D: Chicken with veggie pasta sauce on ww pasta Cornbread or garlic bread. we'll see (count points) salad with ff dressing sf/ff chocolate pudding S: another latte Workout: Firm cardio tape Here's to another healthy eating day -------------------- Lisa, SAHM to Megan and Alec

Great job, sounds like yummy days, I really gotta start eating completely core again, just gotta shake my butt and get back in the food prep. mode. Congrats again.

So far, so good.
Sunday I had B: Shredded wheat with skim milk Strawberries L: Leftover chicken stir fry SF?FF vanilla latte D: Pasta Fagiole soup (tons of veggies) Corn bread (2 pts) S: Popcorn All of my water and vitamin Clean the house for 2 hours so I got SOME exercise in Today my plan is B: Oatmeal with apples/cinnamon, Coffee with skim milk L: Pasta fagiole soup, fruit salad D: Crab Cakes, Steamed broccoli, couscous s: Cottage cheese Strength training class tonight -------------------- Lisa, SAHM to Megan and Alec

OK, didn't make the crab cakes last night so I had ww pasta with meat and veggie sauce. Otherwise, a good day. I made it to my class even though I desperately wanted to stay home and watch House.
Today's plan is: B: Kashi with ff milk, strawberries, pineapple SF/FF vanilla latte L: Crab salad on mixed greens ff cottage cheese D: Chicken stirfry on couscous S: popcorn if I want it. -------------------- Lisa, SAHM to Megan and Alec

So yesterday instead of the crab salad I had artichoke dip on greens. It was yummy!
Today is a very light day. I was off a week and thought it was Ash Wednesday I didn't plan much to eat. B: Fruit of some sort Coffee with ff milk L: The rest of the artichoke dip on salad greens ww crackers D: Crab cakes broccoli couscous (?) Well, we won't talk about yesterday. The only positive thing that I can say is that I ate all Core foods and never beyond satisfaction, but I was STARVING all day until about 3. Today, I'm the opposite. I had to force down breakfast.
