Jump roping is the thing!, my arm is sore

Member Group: Members Posts: 142 Member No.: 20,506 Joined: 5-May 08	My girls are totally into jump roping. They know so many rhymes and they just love chanting them. They think it is hilarious when they figure out how many boyfriends and children they will have I have to twirl the rope (the swingset twirls the other side) forever every afternoon now and my arm is really feeling it! But at least it is good exercise for them!
