I an turing a new leaf and starting my diet all over. I weighed in this am and thats my starting point. I changed my ticker and my goal. I am gonna go back to realy watching what I eat, how much, drink my min of 50oz of water a day and get more exersize. I will give it a month and see how I am doing if this does not work I will be looking into something like WW, LA weight loss, jenny craig or something but for now I am really going to try and I will give myself a chance. I know I can do it.
I will keep in mind nothing will taste as good as getting the weight off I also plan on small rewards for mini-goals, I hope this will help me stay motivated. wish me luck -------------------- Di ~ mommy to Kaitlin wife to David

I wish I would have read that this morning before I went to the store and got some candy. I had such a bad morning I wanted to reward myself, now I'm feeling guilty. Well, I'll work it all off cleaning the darn carpet.
