Are you talking about the big stability ball? I use them quite a bit thumb.gif

You can do stomach crunches on them and it challenges your core more than just the regular crunches. wink.gif

I love mine! But there's only certain positions that really work for me. Right now it's just great to sit on. LOL laugh.gif

I've used them in conditioning/strength training classes, but not at home alone. I never know what to do when I'm home, so I have to go to a gym to workout. Need instruction!! I like them. They're great for ab work, legs and even arms. Hold it behind you with both arms, keeping your arms straight. The ball will be about at your butt level. And then do tiny squeezes. You'll feel it in the back of your arms. Works that wobbly part that we all hate! There's so many things you can do with it, I'm just not good at explaining through a post! laugh.gif

I used one while I did Windsor pilates... can't do much of the pilates any more because of my tailbone but I can do the workouts on the ball because it cushions my backside... they are great and they take a lot of the impact your body would recieve if you were doing your workouts on the floor thumb.gif

I have one and I love it. It's one of the few excercise things that I like to do lately.
