the sweetest thing your DH/DW/SO does for you?

Jamie makes me coffee in the morning, breakfast too sometimes, massages me endlessly, goes out of his way to make me happy (going to the store to meet my every craving), but by far, my favorite thing he does sometimes is brush my hair. i have really long hair and can't always get a knot out of the back of my head and he does it. i don't know why that completely melts me, it just does. it is such a sweet, loving thing that i never thought anyone would ever do for me. wub.gif wub.gif

The best? I would say is to help take care of the kids whenever I need a break. wub.gif

My husband will give me a footrub everynight if I ask him. He doesn't always like to do it, but I guess that just shows how much he loves me. wub.gif

Kimberly-I love it when My Dh brushes my hair! I wish I remembered to ask him to do it more often. smile.gif

Woody is just the best. We made it our individual goal, when we got married, to strive to make each other happy. Sometimes we each take more than we give but then it balances out again. It's a great way to live. if you are both working with the goal of making the other one happy, you are bound to be happy KWIM?

We are always doing nice things for each other and now it's just become habit.

okay, you guys are making me jealous. no, really . . . barry will do anything for me. i don't know how many times i have been getting ready to take georgia out and he'll carry everything out to my car for me. everytime we leave he carries her to my car and straps her in, gives her a kiss and then waits until i roll my window down and kisses me, and we waits there until he can't see us anymore.

He cleans more than I do! lol
He is just great to me!

And I try to be good to him too!!!

He is just the best guy!

Hmmm, I need to think about that one. He's not the most romantic guy out there.

Okay I feel better today. biggrin.gif

Scotty is very thoughtful when it comes to my comfort. He makes sure I have everything I need or want. He never complains about ANYTHING. He still makes sure he opens every door for me, he puts Maddie to bed everynight (unless he is late) He carries things out to the car, he installs the carseats to make sure they are secure, he puts gas in my car, he starts my car on the mornings Maddie has to be at school, he tries to be at every family function and he is an all around great guy. He has no hobbies and spends every moment that he isn't working with his family.

One other sweet thing he does is we dance to our song every Saturday night. wub.gif

If I ask him, Scott will put lotion on my feet every night - even though I've accidentally kicked him a few times because I'm so ticklish!! wub.gif He gives me backrubs whenever I ask too even when he's really tired... I wish I could say the same for myself! blush.gif

I guess he can be pretty sweet at times. It is kind of special. He kicks the kids out of the room and he asks me to dance. It is nice to ignore everything else for a few minutes and hold each other close. wub.gif Neither one of us can dance, btw. laugh.gif

The boys love his food more anyways. rolling_smile.gif I am stubborn so he will always be the first to say hes sorry and make upeven if he is not at fault. He always brings me up when I am down. biggrin.gif he gives lots of snuggles and kisses!! wub.gif

DH does a lot of thoughtful things. He'll bring home flowers or candy.... Just the other night, he went to the grocery and bought some shrimp cocktail and the ingredients to cook fajitas and then he made fajitas for dinner just because I had been craving them. wub.gif

But, I think the thing I love most is his ability to make me laugh. No matter what mood I am, he can always say or do something to make me laugh. Sometimes I hate it because then I can't stay mad at him. LOL! rolling_smile.gif

When he is home he helps me cook, he watches Alyssa so I can get a shower or do whatever, he supports me in everything i do, he will buy me ANYTHING I want even if we don't have the money, he always makes sure I have my M&MS even if its the middle of the night and much much more, he may not be real romantic but he does do stuff for me to show his love.

My husband buys me books that he thinks I would like, even though he doesn't read.

And when I am taking a bath he will come in and wash my hair.

And the best feeling is when I am in the shower and he hears the water turn off, he brings me warm towels from the dryer.
