Diamond Member Group: Moderators Posts: 16,534 Member No.: 235 Joined: 30-July 03	I was surfing thru channels the other day and found Fit TV. I'm so excited to know it's there! It has some great workouts and they aren't the cheesy 1980's workouts that some channels show. They are really up to date and have great music, etc. There's even a celebrity workout. Okay I'll shut up now.

But you can't record the On Demand stuff.
