Ground beef recalled, under suspicion of E. coli contamination

Gold Member Group: Members Posts: 3,047 Member No.: 4,490 Joined: 14-August 06	There is also news about Lettuce on the west coast being recalled...I know it reaches several west coast states. CA, OR, WA, AZ, NV those kinds of areas. It's California Lettuce is all I know.

I love salads, but afraid to eat them. Washing will not kill the e coli. That is my concern. I LOVE salads...But at least with the lettuce - I know over here at least I am ok

I still can't bring myself to eat spinach.
