Last night was my strength training class and the instructor had us do what she called curtsey squats. I still feel it in my legs today! Here is how you do them:
Take a small step forward with your right foot with the toe pointed out to about 2 o'clock. Cross your left leg behind you with the heel at about 5 o'clock. Squat down with your left heel up like you are curtseying, then come up, squeezing your glutes on the way up. We did 16 of these, then 16 as pulses, followed by 8 of the original, followed by holding it half way down for about 10 seconds. Then we switched legs. If that's not challenging enough, on the full squats you can raise your back leg up into a glute press on your way up. You do have to listen to your knees, because if you're positioned wrong, it will strain them, but this is an awesome exercise ![]() -------------------- Lisa, SAHM to Megan and Alec

hummm might have to try that one. I have been doing one thats a half squat and I love it not only does it work my butt it also works the abs
