the cookie diet?
I went to the kiosk at the mall today and talked to the chick there
(my llocal raido personalities are doing it and listeners too and are loosing alot of weight. so i was curious)
And it's actually really cheap. like $150 for 3 months worth.
I'm debating weither i should try it but wanted to know if there were any "real" people with secess with it.

know anyone???

What the heck is the cookie diet? Sounds wonderful but I'm sure it's not as it seems....

Basically slimfast with cookies.
you can do shakes too actually but they reccomend the cookies for the oral trickery or seeming like your eating alot.

you have a cookie every two hours ( so basically you snack all day) then a sensible dinner.

the lady says people who are on wieght watchers use it because it works in their point system.

like i said it was fairly cheap. less espencive then the normal pills i take and so i'm pondering giving it a go.

i haven't read fully into it yet as to health and nutrtional content. I wasn't going to waste the energy if it doesn't work. Not on WW either so i have no idea how that one works. blush.gif

Ok i am going to say this.......Nadia, please tell me you aren't worried abuot your weight, have seen pics of you and you do NOT need to lose weight. If you are talking about 5-10 pounds, then you can shed that easy with cutting out small things and a bit of exercise.

I do ww and there is no way they would promote something like that..
there are very basic rules of water intake and also vitamins and dairy and lots of healthy fruits and veggies not cookies..
it doesnt recommend the white sugar and flour either..

While it might work short term, as soon as you start eating REAL food you'd probably gain it back. So unless you plan on being on the diet forever (which is going to send you into malnutrition most likely) I wouldn't do it. Starving your body of it's much needed proper nutrients will only make you go backwards. Just my opinion though.
