Well I had a bowl of cereal for dinner and a 1/2 pb on light wheat bread when I got home I was starving and getting a headach and that PB zapped it. I did a little activity on whe Wii laugh.gif my arm is getting sore I am going to have to learn to use the left or my right will be all toned and the left will be all flabby.

Weight in today I am up 1lb from last week sad.gif I kinda expected it since 5lbs was just after being sick. Still bumed but moving on.

My tummy not feeling so good today so not sure what my eating will be like.

I was hoping for additional activity last night but that did not work out sad.gif

I know but still discouraging.

just moving on, had wraps for lunch, and have apple and yougert for snack, dinner dunno I work late tonight so not sure there.

Hope to work out more tongiht....alto with Idol on......I know DVR but it one a few shows DH and I watch together.

ya I know I was just hoping to maintain the 5lbs, but as long as I NEVER see those 4lbs back I will be happy, I just want to hit the 10lbs so bad. I will keep tring.

The Wii is sooo fun, just have a sore arm. laugh.gif Its deffinatly been a HUGE hit when ever we have people over.

I know what you mean. I want so badly to get back to 139 so I can feel that there is hope for total weight loss. For some reason being in the 140's is just killing my motivation. I'm more motivated than I have been in months, but I would have ultimate motivation if I can just get back under 140. rolleyes.gif We'll both get there. hug.gif

We played a Wii bowling tournament on New Years eve and that was a blast. I want to try the baseball, golf and boxing smile.gif

last night was ok, did not get any workout in as the possibility if a migrain comming on I did not want to push it. I had for dinner a little pasta and a sweet patato YUMMY.

today for breakfast careal, and coffee. Lunch is wraps (south beach diet) and snack I have apple and yougert. I also have a meeting this afternoon, so I wont be around. Dinner no plans yet.

I hope to get moving tonight.

Great planning, glad it really wasn't a migraine last night. I have let them go on after the aura and it is not pretty, that was before I really knew what they were and now I am learning that my hypothroidism is linked to headaches and migraines it makes what I was going through about 15 years ago much clearer.

I probably need to cut the cream out of the coffee and it would be better. Oh well a little indulgence it better than craving and binging on things that dont do the trick.

Oh I also had that I am wanting something but dont know what last night, thankfully this time I was not snacking on stuff to see if that was it, thats what I normally do, but I did not I kept looking, leaving the kitchen and comming back blush.gif I did give into a reese cup blush.gif made the urge go away. Hopefully next time I can make it go away and no snacking, or at least something a bit better for me.

thanks everyone. I am also really wanting to do some cleaning thing out and they will deffinalty help with the urge to munch at home. We want to have a garage/year sale early spring and I know we will have TONS so I need to start getting that ready, get boxes and price as I toss things in.

well my 'plan' did not go well. I had subay for lunch however it was only a few more claories and less fat, but I had 2 cookies at the meeting blush.gif they were sooooo good. Then DH showed up at Kaitlins gymnastics and then we went out to dinner, I had pancakes blush.gif I did play on the Wii so I got some movement in. Bad eating day and its over so today is a new day, getting ready for breakfast now, I will eat the lunch I packed and have my snack if I need it later and dinner I am going to have chicken or cheerios if we dont cook. today will be better.

Well I was such a grump yesterday, but I had a decent dinner. A nice salad and a sweet patato, and for dessert and sugar free jello pudding cup...YUMMY. I have an oatmal bar for breakfast and salad for lunch, not sure on dinner. I did NO activity last night, next time I am grumpy like that I will just to see if it helps my mood. I feel a bit better today, still get some grumpyness but I hope to over come it today. I plan on cleaning out my closet this weekend, and maybe more.
