My lovely OB appt. today

Mommy's littlest man Group: Members Posts: 2,494 Member No.: 828 Joined: 15-October 04	As it turns out I didn't end up having one. I had teh NST first (like always) and the Dr. comes in after about 45 minutes and informs me that he doesn't need to see me today and he would see me on Friday instead. Well I can't do it Friday so he informed me that he doesn't really need to see me this week then and to make an OB appt. for Moday morning. I still go back in on Thursday for another NST but grrrrr. They are supposedly scheduling an induction for next Thursday (the 17th) but I am praying not to make it that far. I have never been more than 37 weeks pregnant and don't really want to start now. They were supposedly going to schedule it last week so I guess I will believe that they have done it when I have the papers in my hands. Oh well off to go wallow in the fact that I just might be the first person to be pregnant forever --------------------

But trust me...you're not going to be PG forever. The kid has to come out sometime. Just think positive...the full moon is Wednesday this week!! Mommy's littlest man Group: Members Posts: 2,494 Member No.: 828 Joined: 15-October 04	I'll keep my fingers crossed for Wednesday's full moon Unfortunately my body is really good at that pre-labor thing but not so good at going past and having it turn into real labor. My dr. is inducing me because I wanted him too. Both Dr.'s in the office agreed for different reasons One because of my last labor being 3 hours and one because of my b/p (125/78 yesterday...so not real valid) but the real reason is I wanted them too. With Matt I got induced becasue the OB who took over when mine went on Mat. leave didn't quite know what to do with me when I walked in crying. I had been having 5 minute apart contractions from 24ish weeks on and at 36 I was done so he induced his next on call day the next week --------------------
