We are having a pizza party for Austin's 1st birthday party. Looking for opinions on what else we should serve. Thanks!

Here is my fondu recipie. Its really good. Its richer than others I have tried. OMG its good.

Ingredients

* 1/2 Cup butter
* 1/2 Cup Hersheys cocoa powder
* 3/4 Cup white sugar
* 1/2 Cup evaporated milk
* 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

* Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat, immediately stir in cocoa. Add sugar and evaporated milk.
* Cook over low heat, stiring constantly until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Serve warm with assorted fondue dippers.

There are some cookies that you can make and when you decorate them you can make them look like mini pizza's.

Here is a link:

They look so cute.

I'd do a salad and some garlic bread! Maybe some appetizer type things too.

With it being a 1 year birthday I would suggest things that are pretty easy for a 1 year old to eat as well and that work well with pizza for the grownups like pasta.

I think the mini pizza cookies are a great idea too smile.gif
