With the Interval Training as well, if you do a low intensity excercise for a minute (like if you're on the bike and you just go regular pase, that makes more sense) then after a minute bring it up to the highest intensity you can do for a minute or even 30 seconds and continue that for 30 minutes, you'll actually burn more calories because your body is always in a constant state of shock and working out.
