I'm still watching what I'm eating but exercise is very hard to accomplish at the moment with going out two nights a week entertaining for work. Two nights of recovery after the entertaining. Things here are crazy, work (co-workers PITA) suck, life in general is really sucky. I haven't really felt like posting much, I am trying to read each day but even that is getting hard to do. Not getting much from real life these days and I am starting to introvert. Okay enough negativity. Keep up the great work everyone.
