This is a very ODD question, but I have to ask. Kylie keeps complaining about a knot in her armpit that feels funny she says. I feel it and don't really feel anything. Could it be a pre-pubescent kind a thing like sweat glands developing, etc? I dunno. I am so clueless on this stuff...you'd think I wasn't female. I bought a book for her and I about girl development and such but after thumbing through it I was a little too freaked to give it to her. Maybe I need to read it thoroughly first and see if there is something on this odd question of mine, as well.

maybe call an advice nurse.. ur right it could very well be her glands. Some of us are just more outwardly interior..like you can see jons veins from his bicep and you see where they end in his hand off to little capillaries. It's interesting but gross. but that is what i mean by outwardly interior. Nothing wrong with him, he just is like a bodies exhibit of sorts with his veins.

Well I know the glands in my armpits get sore during that time of month or when ovulating, always has for some odd reason. Doc told me it was normal. I just wonder if this is a sign that her body is doing it's thing to get ready for PMS someday.

Karen, that's exactly what I was thinking. I get a similar knot that time of the month too. Maybe her bodies just prepping for the inevitable

I'm not ready for this. She isn't even 8 yet. My neice, though, at age 9 had hair down below and armpit hair and now at age 10 she's got bb's, wearing a bra, shaving her arm pits, etc. So I'm sure we have a year at least, hopefully longer, but I really am starting to wonder if her body isn't already prepping. Some outfits she already has to wear an undershirt. I think she's gonna develop early like I did. -------------------- ~*Karen*~
