Water Intake 6/26/09

I will only be at work for another 45 minutes, then I don't think I'll be online until Monday so you are all on your own this weekend. Good luck and I hope you continue to get your water in.......I hope I do too. I hope not being able to post this weekend doesn't de-motivate me to keep up.
