My nephew's bday is this saturday. What do 7 year old boys like?
I know what 6month old baby girls like and 30 year old boys (haha) but no clue when it comes to 7 year old boys. -------------------- |

You've got me! I am on my first run with boys So I'm only at the "2 year" age right now. Cars? Action figures? Sorry.. no help from me! Happy birthday to your nephew though!

7-year old boys are easy, especially ones like your nephew. He likes anything, but mostly cars, trucks, bulldozers, sponge bob, spiderman, stuff from the dollar store, candy, yo-yos. Like I said, he likes anything. If any items of clothing come to mind, he wears a size 8.
Get ready, he invited lots of kids from the neighborhood and school, mostly girls. Go figure! |

Hi and Welcome to Parenting Club! We're glad you decided to join us!
Thanks for the inside info... I bet Cameron is excited about his birthday! We're looking forward to seeing the boys again! P.S. I knew he was going to be the one that you would have to chase the girls away from. -------------------- |

OK let me first say, slap me upside the head and call me silly
Here I am always mentioning my 7 year old son Robbie in the different forums, and never realized there was a forum especially for kids in the age group. DUHHHH!!! To answer your question Mommy, Wendy is right on all accounts, my 7 year old loves cars, wrestlers, spiderman, all action figures, armies armies and yes more armies . Good Luck Mommy P.S. I'm naturally a ummmmm cute but not so bright kinda girl, but do pregnant women usually get not so brighter LOL -------------------- |

LOL! Well, I still try to blame my "goofs" on those pregnancy hormones, but people stop buying that excuse when your baby is 6 months old! haha -------------------- |

My cousin's child just turned 7 last week and we got him a set of Spongebob PJ's and a gift card to Toys R Us. I wasn't sure if he was old enough to appreciate the gift card, but he sure was! He ran in to mom saying, "I get to pick whatever I want!!!!" For toys he got mostly sports things, since that's what he's into. Rollerblades, a new glove, some baseball hats, that sort of thing.

Well, I ended up getting him a bunch of little stuff. I took the DH with me and he had a ball picking out some toys. I spoke with my nephew's daddy and he said that his favorite toys are from the $1 store. So, we filled up a big bag there. haha. He had a lot of fun going through all of it! And, I threw in the SpongeBob game as an extra bonus.
