| Ok - so I started my period on Nov 20th and went for around 6-7 days. Since I've had this IUD in, my periods are so light, I pretty much spot the whole entire time. So I was done right before Thanksgiving day. Well this past Saturday the 29th I started AGAIN and it's bad - horrible bad bleeding and I had cramps with it - I never ever have cramps, but they werent' really bad cramps just slight cramps which are gone now. I am slowing up a little bit but still bleeding heavier than I would on a normal period?? Any clues? Anyone ever had their period twice in one month before?? |

| With the IUD I would atleast call the GYN to make sure everything is okay |

| The only time I've ever gotten AF twice in one month was after I stopped getting the depo shot. That sucked, I got AF about every two weeks for about 4 months for 4 days at a time. I agree I would ask the dr about it. |

| I had an iud for 4 yrs and I dont remember that happening to me...Id call your gyno and explain to him/her what you explained here. |

| I did get my period twice in one month before but I had traveled to France and the time change screwed up my cycle. It's probably due to the IUD and I'd call the doc to see if there is anything you should do about it. |

| I did and it was due to ovarian cysts. |
