Can we get a smilie of a smilie face pounding a scale?????
 I feel like I really need this smilie, especially to complain about my scale saying I'm gaining weight. AGAIN!.    -------------------- ~*Karen*~

That would be neat, my DH threw out our scale so I am not focusing on the numbers just how my close and body feel. I will go to a meeting maybe in a couple of months to see how I am doing.

You could still use the smilies when you feel clothes are fitting and are fitting. Smilies sometimes help me get my anger out in a non-violent way. -------------------- ~*Karen*~

Well if I don't start watching what I eat better then I'm going to start gaining again
 But I think I just got asked to teach a 3-5 year old ballet class for free adult classes so that will motivate me to loose weight!! --------------------    |

I know how you feel don't be embarressed do you KNOW what it took me to finally start drinking water and chill out on the sodas lol I'm embarressed to say but my finger swoll up SOO bad that we had to cut my wedding ring off!!  But you will get it you have SOO much going on I know that its hard!! -------------------- |

THanks. I can't even get my ring on. Even with all the weight I had after Kylie I was always able to get my wedding ring on. I've never had as much water retention as I'm having this time. -------------------- ~*Karen*~

Karen have you tried taking water pills? they help MIL she has been retaining ALOT of water honstly she said she peed like 10-15lbs in water off in a week
