I didn't get the book yet no. Is that what phase one is really called? I didn't see that on the website, but it sounds pretty accurate! -------------------- |

my book isnt here yet! but thats what i heard it called...i have to see what she says is the first thing you are allowed to eat...i am sure there is a cleansing process that you go thru in the beginning as with most diets..
maybe just start out slower with the fiber? we are doing all salads and fresh fruits and veggies until the book gets here.... maybe it wont make the first part so hard then?? -------------------- Stacy, wife to Peter, mom to Caleb, Jakob, and Andrew

The fiber isn't the problem, I just don't feel like I'm getting enough to eat. I have so little strength, and taking care of my kids has been hard, let alone exercising. I have been exercising every day, but I just feel drained all day long. When I was just watching what I ate I had a ton of energy from exercising and not eating sugar and drinking pop. I think I'm going to try it again on monday, but I'm going to put myself as "very active" so that I can eat 1400 calories instead of 1200.
