Katie starts her first year of high school in Sept. She's looking forward to meeting new people and making new friends. The elementary school classes are small here and that meant that everyone in her class knew each other forever. They were more like family than friends so Katie is really looking forward to the new experiences she'll have in a new school.

Britt is a Senior this year.. I can't believe it and if I start thinking about where all the time has went I will cry.
She is also a legal driver now. THat is a shock in itself. The other teens are growing and doing well. TIff is a freshman this year and that drives me insane. Justin is looking forward to 7th grade all that the fun he will have. -------------------- |

Esther is going into her sophmore year in High School. Not driving yet (they changed the driving age to 17 1/2 so Esther should be getting her lisence in 2009 (don't have to worry about teen driving just yet!)

I think Kaitlin will be OK.
Erin (18) is going to vocational school for Cosmetology. She told us the other day, so at least we have a plan. Rick's 22 and still home. Anyone looking for a good earner and video game addict, please call and leave a message. John (20) got his first apt with his g/f... I'm mostly OK with it. He's going into his 3rd year at Drexel. This will be his first year off campus. My oldest is starting his sophomore year in h.s. next month. He's a rabid baseball player- we've been at tournaments all summer, and now football is starting as well. I like the idea that he's always busy, idle hands and all that, but I am exhausted!

Hang in there mom... I remember all the traveling and what not from when John was in band. We actually kind of miss it. Katie's more of a homebody so I don't anticipate being quite as busy. -------------------- Ed is husband to Lisa (since 1983) Dad to Ricky, John, Erin and Kaitlin The Administrators of the Parenting Club take trolls and violators of the Terms of Service Agreement seriously.
