New Fiber One cereal, Caramel Crunch

We're a Who Dat family! Group: Moderators Posts: 4,458 Member No.: 2,459 Joined: 9-September 05	Just wanted to recommend this cereal to everyone. It tastes very much like Cinnamon Toast Crunch but is so much healthier. It has 9 grams of fiber per cup!!!!!! That's a lot of fiber! Anyway, I love it and it totally keeps me full. The other day DH said something about it being lunch time and I had to look at the clock, it was noon and I wasn't even hungry yet...and I ALWAYS get hungry at 10:00 on the dot!
