I am still feeling sooo lost about these baby milestones - I can't seem to remember ANY of it...

When did your little ones roll from back to tummy - Dylan (at just 5 mos. today) has rolled from tummy to back for awhile now- like at least a month but still hasn't gone from back to tummy - although I do see he is trying....

When did your little ones start sitting up on their own? Dylan still seems to be a bag of bones when it comes to this....

And finally - for those of you with a 5 month old or so - what are your days like - like what time are they up, bottles, food, etc.??

They all do it in their own time, actually. I think the average age for a baby to sit up is 6 mos. And to roll over...about 4 mos. However, a friend of mine's almost 10 month old is doing neither. So, it just depends. wink.gif

Mine would stay sitting up at around 5mos if you put them there, but couldn't get into that position by themselves until about 6mos. But like Aimee said, there is a wide range of "normal" for that kind of thing. wink.gif

I know about the range of normal - I was just kinda wondering "about" when - he doesn't do too bad if I put him there with a boppy around him but ends up looking like a little drunk after a minute or two - all tipped over and stuff!!!

To be honest, the rolling over, sitting up - I think he is just plain LAZY - such a typical man emlaugh.gif

Ashley could sit up on her own and stay that way at 4 months, but she couldn't roll over until about 6 months. I think it is because she hated to be on her tummy and therefore made no effort to do it. But, on the ohter hand, she loved to sit up and see what everyone was doing. You can't go by the average, my daughter did it all backwards, LOL.

I think Logan may have been slightly delayed in most of those first year milestones. With so many heart complications, I just counted each day as a blessing and didn't worry about milestones. So long as he got them. Sorry, I'm no help.
