Not necessarily one I take, but one I either make if I'm cooking Thanksgiving and if it's my mom's year she makes it - but Chicken and Noodles.

too many to name, but stuffing's definitely on the top of the list.

I'm not a fan of Thanksgiving food, but I LOVE my Aunt Jean's recipe for cranberry relish. (it's jello, cranberries, oranges, pineapple, sugar and pecans) I could eat the entire thing. I'm not sure we will have it this year, though since we will be at the beach for Thanksgiving. We are trying to keep it simple on what we're cooking. (I may have to still make it before hand, though!) There hasn't been a year that I haven't eaten it since I was a kid. LOL

I have two: home made creamed corn and the other one is brussels sprouts with pancetta. The turkey can be bad and the pies can be burnt as long as I have these two dishes.
