I can't believe I've been BF for 10.5 months and still going strong!

I exchanged his least eager feeding for cows milk. He isn't usually wanting to nurse in the afternoon so I give him a sippy with milk. He also gets juice in the morning. If you are enjoying bf him then I wouldn't worry too much about switching him over to cows milk. Just do what is comfortable for both of you.
