hair serum

Gold Member Group: Members Posts: 1,994 Member No.: 4,279 Joined: 28-July 06	I just bought some hair serum--for my ends, they get really dry. I haven't used it yet and was wondering if it makes your hair greasy. Has anybody used it before? It looks like oil.... --------------------

Exactly. A little goes a long way. And don't start at the roots because you probably already have enough oil there. Massage it in your palms first and comb your fingers through the ends of your hair.

It says a dime size bit on your hand, but my hair still got really "slick" it seemed- it was weird. Plus, I have really thick and pretty long hair too, so I was shocked. If you're REALLY conservative with it, then it should work well without weighing it down or making it too greasy. Dry. Oil and water don't mix well, so I think you would have a hard time drying it with the serum in your hair, kwim? I know this because I've tried it!! And I got an oily mess underneath, matted hair that wouldn't dry. After you blowdry or flat iron, you rub some in to "set" it and make it look real shiny/glossy.
