I have an awesome doctor

Gold Member Group: Members Posts: 1,213 Member No.: 1,218 Joined: 12-January 05	I went for my well woman exam a week and a half ago with a new ob/gyn. I told him everything that has gone on with me, and our ttc troubles. He was angry that the doctors I saw over at the military hospital didnt do anything else to help us, so he said that when it came time to start ttc he will definitely help us. So in the mean time he decided to check all my hormone levels because my hair has been falling out A LOT! I have pcos so I had an idea that it was because of that. So, for the first time ever, I had the doctor call me to tell me my test results. I'm used to calling the nurse's hot line to see if I can get anyone on the phone to tell me anything, so I was amazed! He told me that my testostrone (sp?) levels were elevated, and told me to increase my meds, and keep following my diet (I lost 20 pounds before seeing him). He said that he will see me back in 6 months to make sure the lvls evened out and that I am ovulating on my own. He then said that when dh comes home and we are ready to take the next step, to come back to him and he will put us on Clomid immediately instead of waiting again.
