Here are some things you can put on your salad:
Spinach Strawberries Blue cheese (just a little) pecans chicken breast Fat free balsamic vinaigrette Cabbage (or iceberg lettuce) mandarin oranges almond slivers chicken breast fat free sesame ginger dressing Lettuce tomato cucumber feta cheese (just a little) onions chicken olives olive oil balsamic vinegar You can also dice 1/4 avocado and put on there. Any kind of nuts, cheese in moderation, veggies, fruit, etc. HTH! |

Thanks, it does. Never thought to put nuts! I also bought some of the dressing spritzer today, the Italian kind. Hope it's good...I really don't like salad! LOL

I have one a lot like this.... but I use mixed greens, craisins, walnuts, bleu cheese, and a honey vinaigrette. Aimee, I love the one with strawberries and pecans....my mom makes those spiced pecans and I steal them for that very salad ![]() I also love chicken, mandarin oranges, craisins, walnuts, and lemon poppyseed dressing.
