that doesnt sound very good for anyone on a diet at all blink.gif
Its all those little extras that add up the lbs.
The dressing alone is bad add the cheese to that not good

well my comment is more generalized. She said if you eat a salald with 83 grams of fat you might as well eat a cheesburger and fries. well that's not really true. If you are eating the "fat" salad, at least you are getting fiber and vitamins from vegetables, healthy oils from nuts, dairy from cheese maybe, and natural sugar from fruit. Even with lots of calories, it;'s still a better choice than a processed patty on a oily grill, with fries cooked in animal fat and salted! Just don't douse that yummy halthy salasd in a thick creamy dressing and it should be fine for lunch. jsut go carbless and low fat for dinner that night!

This poster of the article made a good point.

However I did know about a lot of those things. It's the same as eating a cesear salad. By the time you put crotons, bacon bits, parm cheese and dressing on it, it's not so healthy anymore. sad.gif
